Mutual Fund

What it is and how it works?

A mutual fund is a company that brings together money from many people and invests it in stocks, bonds or other assets. The combined holdings of stocks, bonds or other assets the fund owns are known as its portfolio. This means you'll be able to invest in portfolios that you wouldn't be able to afford alone because you're investing alongside other investors.

Risk in investment to maximize growth is not timing the market but is minimized by four powerful concepts: Rule of 72, time zone, peso cost averaging, and diversification.
